IOM looks best prepared, experience and equipped on average amongst them. What can half life forces do?

Well, the Xen forces have the numbers and the Combine have energy balls that disintegrate people (That sounded wrong lmao). Assuming the Combine Guard's main weapon is as powerful as the Strider's main gun (Which we will be assuming for the sake of fairness), they should be able to dish out quite a bit of damage.

Between IOM and Empire forces I will have to give it to Empire forces. Storm Commandos aren't to be trifled with, the elite of the elite that only have to worry about Space marines, which are going to be spread out quite a bit. Which is going to give a tactical advantage to the Empire forces when they Engage the IOM.

I don't know enough about the rest.
