Hey @Jakarta, how many of those things that Eliar mentioned have a realistic chance of being enacting?
I started putting it together before you mentioned the High Twenties to get full revamps passed. But after two plus hours of research and writing I am done for now so anyone can edit my plan as they like and use it as a base if not then at least I got to learn about the Dutch constitution.Wowow, @Atlanta-Georgia, I think that you're possibly shooting a bit too far over here. There's a little bit of everything here, and I don't think there will be any support. Probably from even your own party.

Chapter One: Rights

-[] Right to Privacy: Complimenting the right to not not be searched without a warrant this right protects the people of Japan from having their privacy violated by the government or sub-national entities. For example the government must get a warrant to monitor someone. And the government cannot produce a warrant to violate privacy without providing proof to the courts that the person is a danger to themselves and society. This also covers things like privacy of correspondence.

-[] There will be Regional Courts that have jurisdiction in a region and hear cases where the decision of the Prefecture Court has been appealed.
