Mosque Shooting in New Zealand - Multiple confirmed casualties

Please sir, don't tempt me with the possibility of edgy memes... I can't... I need to stay pure!
In our life time we are going to see a nation leader that un-ironically Fortnite dances and uses terminology such as "Yeet" and "Its fucking lit fam."

I want you to dread the future we are in store for, I certainly am.

But hey, it's all just silly internet fun right? No way these people would ever actually go through with, it's all just off color harmless fun!

Fuckers

Fuckers
While I understand where you are coming from, be very careful to note those who actually go through with it are positively the minorities of these groups when it happens. Yes, it's still a tradegy and we should try to stamp down on the build up to more radicals, but don't start going after people who have no part in it just because some are a bunch of fucking bonker plonkers.

Fuckers
There's a reason we have armed police or soldiers near every synagogue and most mosques here: because fuckers who wanna do that kind of violence against religious groups are enemies of the State and should be treated accordingly.

As long as they don't do the same thing against other groups. Saw enough of these "ironic memes" during attacks on my country to be fed up with that "irony".

And the funny thing is that the "SJWs" have been saying for years that this is what alt-right memes were really meant to inspire. Also, his main listed inspiration was someone from the US Republican funded and founded "Turning Point".

I'd say he went beyond the pale at that point. Way beyond.
He killed children? I tried watching the video as these days I almost always try to find the original sources in case of spin...but ugh

Would not recommend. I stopped half way through. Less gore and more psychological disturbing...like when he shoots already dead bodies, almost like he hates them so much... 🤢

And he's playing fucking remove kabab to it the scum...it's just a game to him.

Yeh I'm banning alt-right shit from here after this. Trump supporters and conservatives are allowed, but fucking gamergate, /pol/ style shit? GTFO

The web played a role in this, so I have no wish for that kind of thing on my site. Full stop.

As long as what 'alt-right' means is clearly defined so as to not label everything right-wing as 'alt-right' then no skin off my back.

I'll likely apply it to extremist online movements in gen and not name any political grouping.

A blanket rule on extremist behaviour sounds like a good idea in general, I'm looking forward to seeing the wording :p
Yeh.

Like there was a guy on a site I was on, who was basically an apologist for ISIS and posted stuff all the time like "Israel kills more people then ISIS", "ISIS behead someone? What about the US war in Iraq?" kinda crap. And basically dogwhistled for ISIS, but yet because he never directly admitted he was a supporter, he lasted for months, even though it was pretty obvious he was some shithead who was quite likely working for their internet branch. He didn't even hide it as the mods sucked and used the name "Ibrahim" and then did RPs as the "Caliphate"...and "Caliph Ibrahim" was al-Baghdadi's name.

And because there wasn't evidence that this shitstain "Promoted Terrorism", he was allowed to carry on for months. And then bloody more of these "Radical Islamists" popped up, dogwhistling for ISIS and praising Saudi Arabia as a great nation. Finally, when a dude under the name "Osama Bin Laden" joined and started harassing LGBT members of the community with "Gays should be killed"...people threatened to leave and so the admin purged them all.

If you let these rats in, they invite their friends...

What. a. fucking. RABID DOG! That- I have not watched the video because I don't need that evil in my brain, but from descriptions of it the bastard was joking around like it was a video game. Piece of shit. Is the fucking Joker real? Because this guy gives me Joker vibes. NZ unfournately doesn't have the death penalty, but I hope he has a 'accident" that rightfully puts this filth down. There is alot a sick bastards in this world, and I realize that we need the surviliance. We need all these cameras, phone taps, etc.
I know it doesn't mean much, but my heart goes out to the victims and New Zeland.
Also, FUCK that austatlian Senator. He should eat his teeth for breakfast.
God, sometime I feel that the devil is walking the earth because of shit like this.
Also, DO NOT share the livestream. Your are only helping him.

I learned about this this morning from Tim Pool. I tried to find the video but couldn't, and I think that's a good thing. It'll surface again somewhere by the alt-right as propaganda eventually. I consider it a responsibility to see the worst things humanity is capable of, so I'm never deluded into bullshit like "evil doesn't exist" that naive sheltered people believe.

It's a shellshock for me, really. Because one of my friends was just like this. And in another timeline, where I didn't study the holocaust in highschool, I might have felt the same way. Being naturally contrarian and arguing with a white nationalist for a few years definitely armed my mind against many of these arguments. Being raised in a household where race was never talked about helped. The fact that a black speaker at my school was the person who first introduced to me that white nationalist exist and they want a race war probably did work to innocuate me to that bullshit. But if I didn't have those experiences and fell into the shitty parts of the internet without that vaccination, who knows?

I'm reading his manifesto. Has anybody else read it? Ravings of ethnonationalism & white genocide. Some of the things in the manifesto jump out as weird as fuck. This guy's greatest inspiration was Candace Owens?? He expects to be released from prison like Nelson Mandela, who he says did the same crime?? The memes, and "subscribe to Pewdiepie" SERIOUSLY?? This has to be calculated for the US media to jump on.

One of his aims? 2nd US Civil War. How the FUCK did some Australian get inspired to do this?
Finally, to create conflict between the two ideologies within the United
States on the ownership of firearms in order to further the social, cultural,
political and racial divide within the United states. This conflict over the
2nd amendment and the attempted removal of firearms rights will
ultimately result in a civil war that will eventually balkanize the US along
political, cultural and, most importantly, racial lines.
This balkanization of the US will not only result in the racial separation
of the people within the United States ensuring the future of the White
race on the North American continent, but also ensuring the death of the
"melting pot" pipe dream.
Furthermore this balkanization will also reduce the USA's ability to
project power globally, and thereby ensure that never again can such a
situation as the US involvement in Kosovo ever occur again(where
US/NATO forces fought beside muslims and slaughtered Christian
Europeans attempting to remove these Islamic occupiers from Europe)

...

I chose firearms for the affect it would have on social discourse, the extra
media coverage they would provide and the affect it could have on the
politics of United states and thereby the political situation of the world.
The US is torn into many factions by its second amendment, along state,
social, cultural and, most importantly, racial lines.
With enough pressure the left wing within the United states will seek to
abolish the second amendment, and the right wing within the US will see
this as an attack on their very freedom and liberty.
This attempted abolishment of rights by the left will result in a dramatic
polarization of the people in the United States and eventually a fracturing
of the US along cultural and racial lines.

He claims to have been pushed over the edge by islamic terror attacks.

If that's true, then I worry about what this man's own terror attack might have a similar effect in the other direction. A series of escalations to "get back at them" without even considering that the victims of their attacks has no responsibility for the terrorism that inspired them in the first place. I don't even know what to call this. Scapegoating? Perhaps the terror attack radicalized him into staying in his echochamber and everything after that made him direct his hatred at ethnic groups that weren't his own. The "invaders" he says.

Then he starts addressing ideological groups:
To conservatives he wants to know what they've managed to conserve. He even describes somebody like me:
The Race? They don't even BELIEVE in the race, they don't even have
the gall to say race exists. And above all they don't even care if it does.
It's profit, and profit alone that drives them, all else is secondary. The

notion of a racial future or destiny is as foreign to them as social
responsibilities.
Yeah, I don't believe in race. And many conservatives I know don't either. We were raised to look past race, understanding that it's just a genetic expression that we have no control over. It's interesting that the white nationalist claims this is the conservative position, when many people tell me differently in our community.

To the communist/ANTIFA/EGALITARIANS he says "fuck you anti-white scum" so... yeah. He's not the only one to get that impression from them. But as I'll say later, the loudest get the most attention. And my own media echochamber probably highlights those portions more than they should!

One of the things that's interesting to me is he's BLASTING popular media, lamenting the fact that there are empty nurseries and full casinos and that our culture has degenerated into a hedonistic pursuit of happiness in the moment. Yet then, next sentence, says that there are mosque full of people. So in a way he's giving credit to muslim communities for not falling into the same pit that the west did. Yep, he is saying this is a failure of assimilation and says its because western culture is weak and full of self-hatred. But if people from the west are converting into pious, community first muslims, is that not an assimilation? It is, it's just not the assimilation he wants.

The lambasting of the Green Movement, I can't really say. But he's making claims that the word is overpopulating and will have 50-100 billion people living on a planet full of smog, cables & concrete landscapes. That's simply not possible. This guy actually believed that the planet could support that kind of population and I wonder if he was made aware of the counterarguments against this future would have disarmed him for a little longer and encouraged more research. But, his environmentalism honestly sounds like a red herring. His real concern is ethnonationalism, the eco-fascism sounds like a side point that might have just encouraged his radicalization.

Some of the things he says I do agree with. His statements about "equal diversity" is accurate from my viewpoint. The idea that there isn't a hierarchy between values is self deception. The meme that "all men are created equal" is something that should be understood as a truth before law, not a truth about nature. I just don't agree with anybody who appeals to nature on a basis for law. Law is unnatural to begin with, and any appeal to nature should push us towards primitivist-anarchy otherwise they're picking & choosing their beliefs based on convenience.

He seems to agree, stating that humans are ruled by emotions and not facts. I AGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT. Facts can only be used to change people's minds if the story or framing of the fact is utilized in a way that conforms to their worldview. This is something I've been learning over the past year. It could be why this guy's manifesto is a giant story about white genocide laden with false premises that don't hold up to factual scrutiny.

This is the part that worries me the most:

Destabilization and Accelerationism: tactics for victory

True change and the change we need to enact only arises in the great
crucible of crisis. A gradual change is never going to achieve victory.
Stability and comfort are the enemies of revolutionary change.
Therefore we must destabilize and discomfort society where ever
possible.
A political candidate that keeps the status quo or only seeks to introduce
minimal change, even when the minimal change is in support of our
cause, is ultimately useless or even damaging. Revolutionary change is
needed and above all necessary.
It is far better to encourage radical, violent change regardless of its origins.
As only in times of radical change and social discomfort can great and
terrific change occur.
These tumultuous times can be brought about through action. For
example, actions such as voting for political candidates that radically
change or challenge entrenched systems, radicalizing public discourse by
both supporting, attacking, vilifying, radicalizing and exaggerating all
societal conflicts and attacking or even assassinating weak or less radical
leaders/influencers on either side of social conflicts.
A vote for a radical candidate that opposes your values and incites
agitation or anxiety in your own people works far more in your favour
than a vote for a milquetoast political candidate that has no ability or wish
to enact radical change.
Canvas public areas in support of radical positions, even if they are not
your own.
Incite conflict.Place posters near public parks calling for sharia law, then
in the next week place posters over such posters calling for the expulsion
of all immigrants, repeat in every area of public life until the crisis arises.
Destabilize, then take control. If we want to radically and fundamentally
change society, then we need to radicalize society as much as possible.

This, this right here? This is the stuff that I fear. And the part that sickens me the most is people have been doing this without inspiration for awhile now. Literally spread fake news, false flag narratives, and shape the conversation around this bullshit. The use of botnets on the internet is probably helping this nonsense. And the rest of society buys into this, thinking everybody else is evil, increasing the paranoia about groups when in actuality it's just a handful of operatives. The loudest always get the most attention, even if they don't represent SHIT about the society they live in.

Now, there's one part where he says some things about the United States that I think are largely true. But while he rejects them, I embrace it.

A boil over in the melting pot

Civil war in the so called "Melting pot" that is the United States should
be a major aim in overthrowing the global power structure and the Wests'
egalitarian, individualist, globalist dominant culture.
In the United States, perhaps more than anywhere else in the world, the
cult of the individual has been practiced for the longest time and with the
deepest devotion.

Luckily for us, the end results of this deracialized, irreligious and
deculturized program show themselves.
The United States is in turmoil, more so that at any other time in history.
States hate other states, the electoral college is under attack at every turn
and the races are at each others throats. On top of this is a two party
political system, split by racial, social, cultural, linguistic and class
divides.

The end result is a nation in gridlock, unable to respond to any great
change, unable to commit to any great projects. A political and social
stalemate that makes any advancement impossible.

Where he hates the gridlock, I love it. I love it for the exact reason he hates it. He hates the fact that his fascist dreams cant be carried out in the system the United States has, and that's EXACTLY what I love about it. Fuck this guy, and fuck everybody like him that wants to use the government to stomp on the throats of everybody they despite. Fuck this guy for trying to rope me into his race war because of the color of my skin. Fuck this guy for trying to appeal to something as shallow as genetics. And fuck this guy for wanting to change America into a balkanized state of warring races, when the society we have right now is working to provide hundreds of millions of people stability. Would I trade a browning America for bloody civil war with the aim of filling the most mass graves? Fuck no.

The cult of the individual is the anti-thesis to this guy's raving about white people not fighting for their race? I can't think of a better validation of my beliefs.. The beliefs that people have focusing on their group identity at the cost of their individual values? Those are the frames that I fear will lead to more of this, or at least keep these divisive memes alive.

Oof, OK. Glad I went thru that. I hope that nobody buys into this guy's stated goal of increasing division. Our common humanity is what we need to embrace. That whether or not there's a brown, black, white, muslim, christian, atheist, man or woman standing across from us, we still recognize that's a person who is every bit like ourselves at our core.

The "look at the muslims, they didn't go soft and give up their beliefs and viciousness in service to religion like the cucked west" is a big thing in certain conservative christian circles in the US. You'll see it in the "Jesus Camp" documentary, for example, where they express envy about how Muslims are so much more willing to kill and die for their faith and talk about how they are raising their kids to be like that.
