Reading Burdeau's work on the State. It's astonishing to find one's thought processes, initially developped for the sake of shitty debates on SB, pushed so far. Astonishing and fascinating as they answer questions I did or did not realize I asked myself, but also show the issues of my ideas while putting them in an ever larger structure, in History and Geography. Whitehall is just an amateurish microcosm of political debate that I realize is surprisingly representative of the various ideologies and their interrogations. It is not enough by far, it requires so much more culture to be able to follow and think by yourself, but when used properly, it could be one hell of a cradle.
